In a world of frenzy and obsession with progress, Venice presents itself, as an oasis out of time.: Enclosed in the protective environment of the lagoon, this city faces daily challenges large and small: from the logistics, the search for skilled craftmen to maintain and restore buildings with unique characteristics, or the daily walk to work or to the market, despite the water level or the hordes of visitors.
 
This experience aims to offer an insight into this uniqueness and its multiple implications: economic, architectural, anthropological and even political. All this, while you accompany Giovanna on her daily gondola ride through canals and on foot through cobbled streets, markets and neighbourhoods with histories of different cultures.
