After understanding the basics of ASL, and depending on the group size , Nick will play some ice-breaker games so that you can practice this new way of expressing yourselves, throughout creative ans interactive games. No need to talk.
Would you be able to communicate a message or share your department's objective with the team? Nick will give you the tools... practice will do the rest.
As a bonus, you will also be doing a brief overview of Deaf Culture, because beyond language, there is also a question of listening, diversity and inclusion.
