Sessions of 15' to 1h designed to offer your classroom mates an energetic break, in which they can learn to listen to their body and achieve well-being, while watching the Bay of Biscay and feeling the energy of the waves from the cliffs of Getxo.
Sometimes we are able to solve many of our problems by ourselves; we just need to know and apply the appropriate techniques.
With Ainara, you will learn Chi Kung/Qigong exercises, technique associated with traditional Chinese medicine that includes mind, breathing and physical exercise. Learn self-massage and meditation exercises with which you can relax your neck, relieve tension, free your mind, reduce anxiety and fears, strengthen your spine, rest your eyes and recover your energy, becoming aware of your body and your emotions, living the present. To start the day in a balanced way, or to take a break or to regain strength after a long day.
