Pure inspiration to achieve results with dynamics in which works of art can be a visual metaphor, in which you can see reflected what you want to improve. Because art is not something to be understood, but a tool to better understand yourself.
 
The topic to be worked on will preferably be identified in advance. 
 
It is a journey of three stations. To share, to talk, to reflect together.
We will start exclusively from what our eyes tell you. As if we had to tell it to someone who is not seeing the work. Colors, shapes, composition. Only what is objective. 
In this way we will enter into the work of art, observing more and more details, and then we will be able to use it more easily as a visual metaphor. Then we will increase the level of interpretation in order to change the title of the work of art to one that alludes to the challenge to be worked on. 
 
How does it work?
We will do this guided observation exercise with three works, although in each one we will deal with one aspect of the challenge, depending on what we want to work on. 
 
If the objective is to work on your organization's strategy as a whole, we will look at three works. One, to understand the current moment in which you find yourselves. Another, to get a glimpse of where you want to go. And the last, as a metaphor for how you want to realize that vision. You will be astonished with the results!
