Description of the experience

Come to Gernika to discover one of the most important gastronomic fairs in the north of Spain! On the last Monday of October, local producers come to this event to fill the historic centre of Gernika with life, color and the aromas of their local products. Vegetables, cheeses, sausages, honeys, cakes and a long etcetera compete to award the best product of the year in each category. A day not to be missed if you want to get to know the gastronomic culture of the Basque Country and the history of Gernika!
